Great Burger.... What a great taste. We had the Bacon Jam Burger and it was cooked perfectly. We celebrated our anniversary and toasted with drinks. Awesome.
Food and service was excellent! When in Sterling I will be back! Chicken wings was crispy and many sauces to pick from. Salad was very good and plentiful. Great bang for the buck!
The factor has amazing burgers, the best in the area. The appetizers are great as well. The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is nice, not too loud. There is a lot of seating.
Three of us stopped in for a late lunch. We got EXCELLENT service from the bartender. I got the toasted ravioli, my comrades had a burger and the pulled pork sammich. All very good. Tip? Ask for a tiny bit extra BBQ sauce with pulled pork and extra marinara for the ravioli.
This place has the best food! The chicken tenders are fresh not frozen and they are hand battered in house! They rock! What they need is more staff! The staff they have are great but they are running almost on a dead sprint! We listened to a phone ring for 2-3min and NO one made an attempt to answer it. These poor girls need more help! Hire someone to answer the phone! Oh my goodness! Overall the food is worth the chaos! Expect to wait most peak hours! Bathroom are always clean! The environment is nice and clean, with many tv's for viewing mostly sports! Which is love! The price of the food is well worth what you get in quality and quantity!
